Constellation Blu acts as a retainer would bridge the gap that a majority of the early stage companies would have (i.e. between the Founders and the accounting team). Till such time that a company does not have an internal finance setup, we take over the role of financial management and control which is critical to any Company / entrepreneur. A dedicated resource (ideally the same that would have conducted due diligence on the Company) depending on scale and volume would visit the company for anywhere between 2 – 7 days a month.
